Yeah, thought I'd do some drawing. First up, a Snailman Gladiator and a Carp (not in the same pic, sadly.)

Wow, I didn't know dwarven beards are attached directly to the skull.

Really? I didn't know that snailmen need a scuba suit to survive underwater.  ;D

No the beard is part of the skull, not just attached.

That explains your avatar.

Though why do they biologically blink? Bioluminisense,(however you spell that) from fungi?

I suppose it must be. All those Plump Helmets allow the glowing fungi cells to enter their bodies.

Bioluminscence.  Good try.

Maybe DF just gives us the mysterious power to see reputations, but at the moment the effects are only transitory.  Once the fabled 1.0 is finished, we will all gain the power permanently!

I love the drawings people do. More scuba-diving snailmen and carp with eyebrows, please.

You know, I can't actually see the "scuba" component at all...is it the shield? It looks a bit like an aqua tank.

Also, note that these creatues are not in the same drawing or situation.

I'm not sure either, but I think it's the snail-shell people are commenting on.

Tongue-in-cheek though some of the comments may be (or not!) They're cool little sketches.  I really would like to see more.
