I like their honesty and the way they treat pirates, ie, as potential customers. I haven't bought any game of theirs besides Uplink, but that's because I'm not a RTS sort of guy.
Darwinia really isn't your typical RTS, you should give the demo a run.
I have, still not exactly the sort of stuff I enjoy playing.

Meanwhile, Defcon is very fun indeed when you have 2+ players with mic.

Not really, but you could try the demo.  If you happen to have the game then it should be an option in the menu.

Here it is:
http://www.introversion.co.uk/darwinia/downloads/darwinia-demo2.exe

Confused- not really means - not really skirmish mode?  And if I have the game...there should be a skirmish option?   Confused.  But yea I'll check it out
It means a skirmish mode would make no sense in a game like darwinia, it isn't really a standard RTS.

The game modes in multiwinia seem interesting, despise my dislike for RTS.

Multiwinia is a strange beast, my friends either love it or hate it. I think its a great game, I just wish I knew more people who played.

Why are you guys talking about darwinia in a thread about subversion?

I dunno, the topic came around to their games in general and there is no thread for the company.

As it happens, we have a thread for every single one of their games except Darwinia.

So my crundles are staying intact unless they're newly spawned... until they are exposed to anything that isn't at room temperature.  This mostly seems to mean blood, specifically, their own.  Then they go poof very quickly.

Perhaps make a thread about the company then?

Perhaps you should, as it seems you're the one who is bothered by the off-topic talk.

Why not just make this one the Introversion thread?  It's going to be a while before there's much to say about Subversion.

hey, I found the Modlist!  I suggest the Enemy Within series. I enjoyed the story, and the added difficulty was nice.

Holy crap, this is coming along and WILL be playable, I'm sure. I mean... they are playtesting it and talking about changes to the UI so it's easier to use and graphics implementation already.

I didn't think they could do it, because games THAT cool usually don't get made :D

I just noticed that social engineering will be in this. I've always wanted a game where I could play as a social engineer.

I always wanted to play a game where you hack stuff and promote chaos.

But sure, I will turn this into an introversion thread as well.
