Release date: Q2, 2009

Game Summary

Re-enter the world of the Dragon-Lords with the sequel to the award winning fantasy RPG, Divine Divinity. Use your wits as a human or strike high above the land as you battle your way through the world of Rivellon to discover the true meaning of being a Dragon Lord. The epic saga continues and the fate of Rivellon rests in your hands…

Key Features

-Use your ability to fight as both, human or dragon to your tactical advantage.
-Dynamically unfolding storyline depending on your choices and skills.
-Individual skilling and developing of both sides of your personality, the man and the dragon.
-Collect and customize weapons, items and armour for human and dragon.
-Use your powerful Battle Tower as base of operations, allowing you to grow skills and improve weaponry, conjure spells and summoning minions. Build your very own ultimate creature from the limbs of slain opponents to serve you in battle.
-Discover and upgrade player skills through the Skill Trainer.

Well, well....this game looks very interesting, and this battle tower feature will be awesome, especially the "design your own creature" part of it.  8)

Kinda reminds me of that game where you play as this Woman who befriends a dragon and they end up sharing the same lifeforce (Yes it is true, Drakengard didn't invent it first)

That does look really cool, and I'm so glad they truncated it to Divinity 2, instead of Divine Divinity...

I didn't play the first one, is it a Diablo-style hack and slash game, or more open-ended?

I didn't play the first one either...so I have no idea about that, but AFAIK it was a decent RPG.
This is the official site of it:

Hope they get better voice actors than that one programer who did all the vocals for Beyond Divinity, probably the worst actor of all time. Grafics look nice on this one.

That would be Drakan: Order of the Flame.  Bloody awesome game.

And yes, this does indeed look quite interesting.  I played part of the demo to Divine Divinity, but I stopped because keeping your health topped off was a bit more difficult than in something like Diablo...  Health potions were few and far between, and I never really got the hang of brewing my own.

They should have kept the Divine prefix and called it Draco Draconis instead.

Divine Divinity Deux: Draco Draconis

In fact, I've decided from now on, that game's name is Draco Draconis.

Did you just post a bunch of vegi-dicks on my board?  I've been trying to combat forum devolution a bit, and that involves fewer vegi-dicks!

Yes, random is funny, isn't it? Sometimes I set up a random number generator when I need a good laugh.

After looking at those screenshots, I have two comments:

1. Ooh, bloom. My eyes bleed.

2. Sparks. How likely is that, anyway?

I played Divinity 1, it's a very good game.

Is this one PC only, or coming to consoles too?

Yea bloom can be quite annoying in many games. I usually turn it off.
