This site might work, just press the "download" link (twice), though I recall this being broken at certain times and I'm uncertain as to their policy concerning foreign IPs. There's also this Russian site, just press the link next to the 13mb file, issue with this one is that it can be dreadfully slow sometimes.

If that fails, you could always try the usual routes through which people "acquire" games.
