[40d] Enemy dwarf given full burial
« on: October 09, 2008, 07:32:09 pm »

So, as detailed in a Dwarf Mode Discussion topic, I caught an enemy dwarf from a goblin ambush.

I then attempted to kill him many different ways, all of which were unsuccessful. I could not release him from the cage.

I think he was being seen as still a dwarf citizen, even though he was an enemy. Especially given the fact that when I finally figured out a way to free him from the cage so my military could kill him, he was given an honorable Dwarven burial.

All dwarves are given a dwarven burial, enemy or not.

You should've been able to get him out of the cage, though.

Also, you can manufacture vomit at a smelter.  Subsequently removing the smelter spews vomit over a surprising area.

Oh. Well, is that intentional?

Anyway, no, I wasn't able to, no matter what I did.
