It's more likely than you think.

No mods, except i've modded Bronze collosuses to be playable in adventure mode.

I've also got muddied floors, and vermin running around in there.

The Tentacle Demons are full of references to tentacle hentai. Some references are subtle (their attacks do "pierce" damage), others not so subtle (Engraved on the wall is an image of tentacle demons and elves. The tentacle demons are committing depraved acts on the elves).
