"Duke 2.0" The first thing that comes to mind are the illicit Duke Nukem 3D fragfests I used to have over my high school's LAN, back in 1997. They bought a bunch of state of the art PC's and they locked them away in a room protected by what looked like a door from a bank vault. Some of the seniors had access to it at lunch time and the bastards used to charge people $1 each to play. I vaguely recall that they were caught and punished for taking our money.

My name comes from a high school drama performance. My characters name was Mike, and the text on the line transcript had "Mike (fictitious character)". I've used it ever since.

Your name is pretty good too, it combines real with fiction, hence the inclusion of the word fiction is a modified form. Pretty good!
