My baroness is trying to tell me something.
« on: September 29, 2008, 01:05:03 am »

Baroness and her husband newly arrived with their entourage and are awaiting rooms. The mason is happily churning out the furniture, but there are a couple of other hitches. The miners are all tied up rediverting the river and the  carpenters workshop has been occupied by a possessed woodworker, who's now sticking logs, iron bars and Armok knows what else together to make something.

So getting them an actual bedroom is having some delays.

First mandate of the fortress, I go to see what it is.

A ban on the export of beds.

Yes m'lady. The first bed made will be yours, I promise you.  ::)

Grab her in the standard-female-grab-area and put her in the Noble promotion room.

I don't think that's grounds for that yet, but her husband is pushing it with his ban on the export of gold items.

They're Dwarves, just grab her by the beard.
