That didn't work.  Reset.

I don't think I'm going to get very far.  WHY IS THERE 50 ROCKS ON THIS DOOR?!

"'Cause thar dwarves!"

Permaflood, eh?  Only with water?

My advice for the next go round would be to just deconstruct, then rebuild the door.

I made a second door to go around the other door, like this:

S=Stuck open Door
X=Door
F=Floodgate

Oh guys, you should be ashamed, you forced me to register on another forum ;D
I had to register just to say this is absolutely awesome fort and I'm sympathyzing with you having experiences with 2D forst myself :) And I just love the way in which theese fortresses always turn into a hellhole. The hallway painted red with blood is perfect.

Take the number of farmers you think you need, then multiply by four.

Well you sound like you're having fun.

Watch out for the big brown things.

21st Malachite, 1062, Mid-Summer:

I've got a crazy idea!  Let's count how many bizzare things we can find in this Fortress!  Huzzah!

Well......there's a body rotting next to the tombs.

There is still alot of blood after a few months.

Magma cannon.

Strangely placed gold.

You know what?  Just look at this place!

Oh my, this place sure is crazy as hell ;D Is the fort still going on, or are you finishing?

Did anyone finish making that alternate exit I was working on?  The one with the drawbridge that would stop magma flow into the fortress when the cannon was on?
