[40d] Two Dwarves (and a hunting dog) got stuck
« on: September 25, 2008, 10:50:05 am »

After trying to remove a constructed wall on a small tower my hunter , who was first tasked to remove the wall, got stuck and shortly after my mason too.
The mason starts to complain about thirst now too...  :-\

Anybody knows some intermediary fixes/hacks so I can continue playing without losing two dwarves?

Do you mean stuck as in, on top of the tower?

Could you build a ramp or staircase construction with another dwarf to let them down?

No, stuck as in "unwilling to move even when facing death due to dehydration"...
The tower is perfectly accessible by my other dwarves. :(

Remove the ground below them.  Channel it out, or remove the construction.

On the item is an exceptionally designed image of a diamond in yellow diamond.
