Yeah I think you're overreacting.  That IS impossible unless your connection is crap to begin with.

Either way I'm not gonna play this, the fact that its screwing my connection up kinda ruins the game for me.

...It's NOT screwing up your connection.  That's what I'm saying.  A website cannot screw up a connection.
That is, unless the connection isn't fast enough to load the site.  Which is pretty much just dialup.  Surely you don't have dialup..  Do you?

My strategy is turtling. I have a 70% chance of recovering defensive units. I have a 0% chance of recovering ships. Those 14 cruisers may not last long, Nilocy.

Down  in fleet department probably my bad:

I had about 2sf, 10 LF, 10HF, 10 ML and 20 lightlasers, there is only a few left now after five days of neglect.
My neighbour (which I mentioned earlier in ringspeak) was probing me earlier, has now taken advantage of my absense and plundered quite a bit. 
I propose you punish him and bigbang severely.
