Yes, I know it's pointless but I'm tired of seeing piles of junk around my fortress that can't be moved by any force on earth. Make it so any dwarf with cleaning tagged who has no other jobs at the moment will take a look for stuff scattered everywhere, check if its owner has a cabinet or whatever and take it there.

Shoes in this case. Merchant ambush, traders die, dwarves dash out, loot the mangled bodies, put the new blood splattered clothes on and leave their old ones out for the bloody kobolds. That really helps when my legendary clothier goes into a tantrum because he just lost three or so masterwork items in a row because they WONT BLOODY MOVE THEM INSIDE.

Sorry for bumping a really old thread but I may as well bump this instead of making a new thread. The ability to clean up all the owned items lying around is probably the number one thing I'd like to see in DF.
