Take a cut of cave crocodile meat.  Blanch it, then finely mince it with two parts cat tallow and spice it with dried quarry bush leaves, sun berries, and dwarven sugar.  Prepare a crust, and fill it with half the mincemeat.  Add in well-spiced minced plump helmets and muck root.  Top with the other half, cover with crust, and spray with dwarven milk.

For the crust: one part cave wheat flour, two parts longland or whip vine flour, one part cat tallow, salt, and a bit of cold water.  Mix the ingredients, adding water and mixing thoroughly, though gently, until the dough sticks neither to the bowl nor to the fingers.  Too much liquid makes a hard, slick-looking crust.  Too little makes a crumbly crust.  After mixing it, let the dough rest in the cold, 15 minutes to an hour, before rolling it out and baking it.

Take beer, boil it in beer, add some beer and bake some beer. Chop the baked beer and marinate it in beer then add to the reduced beer.
