Just checked. Kills by reflecting missiles with the Resonance Reflector don't count against me. :3
Really? It's supposed to. According to the description for the Reflector, it modifies what you reflect to work as if you fired it yourself(in practice, it uses your Attack skill), so it would make more sense if the kills count.

I've been reflecting blasts left and right, and they haven't counted. I guess as far as the game is concerned, they shot themselves in the face. Also,

Quote from: TvTropes
To clarify: There are plenty of ways to kill enemies without getting them on your counter, including arranging friendly fire accidents, letting another enemy do the dirty work, and (in 1.6) reflecting their shots back at them. Also, machine enemies don't count, nor do most Assassins (who aren't killed, but driven away).

Emphasis mine. Must be the version then. After reading TV tropes looks like there is even more cool stuff for a pacifist in 1.6. For people who completed it earlier:

Four hours later, more than halfway through replaying the game...

Yeah, some of the tiny little changes are still a little mindblowing.  <3

Love this game. Finished it over several hours one weekend, now I'm going for the secrets. It's taking a while...

Just finished it on Ultimortal. Maybe ten tries before I got through Sector X (20 seconds left on the clock, with Asha accounting for a lot of my time, the bastard) and well over twenty before I finally got Tor. For those who haven't got to Sector X, it doesn't usually have a timer, it comes with the difficulty level.

Now that I have 1.6, a zero-kill run. See what happens.
