stockpiles : no option for prepeared meals or sand baring bags

i cant find an option to switch prepeared food in my food stockpiles. as soon as any food is enabled, prepeared food will get stored there.
this its quite annoying, especially for my small seed-only piles near my farms these often become uselessly due to a  food - flood.
same goes with sand bags: these will go into any furniture stockpile. not as nasty as the food-problem, but still a bit uncomfortable as i can not designate a storing zone near my furnace, and my barel-piles always get crowded with the bags.

i searched a bit, but i did not find a simmilar post within the bug reports.
i wuld guess its rather a missing feature than a bug, but i think this is a better place than the suggestion corner, non the less.

It's the "u" option, for both, in the lower right corner of the appropriate section; Food for the prepared meals, Furniture for the sand bags.
