This game of Multiworld Madness has grown too large for me to handle. What would you have me do?

Muster up remaining strength and complete the current chapter. Bring the game to a logical close, then reboot it.

Same as 1, but a whole new game will be started instead, still Multiworld, but no longer Madness.

Get just this last turn done and reboot the game. No point wasting energy if updating takes so long.

Bleh. Seems to me we have two options in the long term. Well, three really, but the third is to die horribly so I'm not too keen on that one.

First, we can develop stealth skills, skills that will help us avoid whatever sensors allow them to detect a small truck and a Korora about a kilometer or something away, then stealthily infiltrate their base, using guerrilla tactics so they can't use their mechs effectively. We'd still have to face a lot of soldiers from a futuristic, warlike society though.

Second, we can salvage those four mechs and enhance them to the point where they can take on a bunch of powerful Clanner mechs and win. And I'm inclined to believe the way this group acts, we're going to pick this one.

I guess I should start posting that I can't come up with an action before I forget to post anything so I don't delay the thread. But any action is probably better than RTDAI.

Sooo, let's do something quest oriented. Is the headband an electronic thing? If it is, I'll identify the hell out of it. If it isn't, I try to use the Rad-Man to amplify the headband's locationing ability to pinpoint the exact location of the key.

Yes, LASD, you should. If you can't come up with an action, at least tell me to AI you.

A progress report of sorts. I've been swamped by real life, so no progress as of yet. Hopefully, in a few days we'll clear the most difficult bits out of the way and I'll be able to get our adventure going again.

Since I realise this world has really gone on long enough, I can stage a plot hole and get the key to you if you'd really like it, with a large task force of various mechs. It seems your team really isn't built for long travels, so if you'd like a large brawl instead of a long crawl, I can arrange it.

Also, I'd like all players currently interested in the game to report. Those that don't show up within the next few days will be put on GMAI, and eventually "put on the bus" similarly to Chaoticag. Time to get the waiting list moving again.

Real life? What's that? Is it a mod for something?

Anyway, Kashyyk here. Reporting and ready for a massive brawl to get the key.

Speshkitty reporting in!

Zako's abilities are 'held' in the overmind, right? Wouldn't it be easier to store them in the Overmind's abilities section, rather than each Zako having the same list?

No, Zako Prime is the hive mind, not a single entity any more. Each clone has a brain of its own, and abilities of its own, and they'll develop them individually. Zako Prime's abilities are his abilities as a hive mind, not a body. He'll lose those abilities if he's ever down to one body again, and he'll only have the skills that body has developed.

Despite my (lately not that) occasional absence, I'm definitely interested in the game.

I'm completely undecided on the long travel vs. big brawl though. I have an understandable aversion for heavy combat, especially with the opposition hiding out of sight in metal containers. Wait, learning (or manufacturing a device capable of) X-Ray vision should fix that.

I don't know what would be better, but I suspect that success is more likely if we don't take them *all* on at one time.

You are still almost guaranteed to fail if you try to travel, though.

I'm going to go with long crawl on this one. We could use the practice on making better transport. :)

And I'm in. Of course.

Money always works. ;)

j/k, but anyway. Only five players? Plus Neo, Rooster, and Gantolandon makes eight. Korora and Frelock are needed, and Boksi too, even if he's lost interest in the forums lately.
