This game of Multiworld Madness has grown too large for me to handle. What would you have me do?

Muster up remaining strength and complete the current chapter. Bring the game to a logical close, then reboot it.

Same as 1, but a whole new game will be started instead, still Multiworld, but no longer Madness.
- 9 (10.5%)
Get just this last turn done and reboot the game. No point wasting energy if updating takes so long.

So it is like the DF world where we were first attacked by elves, and then by demons, but instead are being attacked by space elves and space demons at around the same time?

No. I won't disclose the storyline, go look a summary up if you want it.

Well, apart from the rogue 4 and the two 1's, the rolls are pretty uniform this turn. I don't know what will happen, but I probably won't be done soon. Five overshots again. Expect collateral damage.

if i got an overshot, i don't know what i should hope-
i might totally destroy the mech or totally destroy myself, depending on which action do you use.

it might be hard to fix the 6 i got last turn.

What do you think are the chances of me and JK both getting overshots?

I'd say they're pretty good... Oh noooooooooo....

Sorry to keep you all waiting, I'm a little tired. That, and I fell victim of the setting - I just had to go out and look for more games in the Battetech setting. So I stumbled upon MegaMek... and yeah. :P At least I got some colorful and spectacular events that gave me an idea about more serious 'mech combat. I've had a 'mech catch an ERPPC at maximum range with its cockpit -> BOOM Headshot! Another died in the most stupid way I've seen yet - a pilot tried to wipe an Elemental off the cockpit of his Battlemaster II... it was a completely intact mech...  so he missed, punched himself in the face and got crushed. Fun. :D

Ahem. Anyways, turn progressing. I won't spoil stuff for now... or maybe I will. Korora will most probably have to walk from now on.

Alright, here you go. Sorry for the long wait, sometimes I get distracted.

Turn 101
------------
Quote from: korora
OK, back to what I was trying to do before: transporting team-mates to the egg.
|   Having started your engine, you decide to try out 'on the limit'. You rev it slightly, alarming those who already disembarked. Thinking that it may work after all, you concentrate and just think: "GO!"…  What happened then was rather blurry to you, but you remember trying to hit the brakes several times before realising that you're the car, not the driver, and have to think about braking instead of just braking. The brakes screech and squeal, begging for mercy as you attempt to reduce your velocity, and suddenly lock up. | You veer sideways as you skid along the ground, try to right yourself, but to no avail. The momentum causes you to tip over and start tumbling along the rocky ground, crushing everyone and everything in and around you. Eventually you come to an upside-down stop somewhere near the large ship. | Your car-form is severely banged up, everything from windows, lights and mirrors to the numerous bodywork panels is either pulverized or broken off, bits of glass and metal littering the ground. You're missing the left front wheel, your engine is dead, seemingly forever. Both doors were torn out, as well as the tailgate, and the cabin is now rather flat. Those who were riding you weren't much luckier. The dwarf was flung out of the back and landed somewhere among the rocks. Neo remained strapped into his seat, and his natural physique allowed him to survive the crash and the crushed roof, though he was bruised and battered. LASD barely managed to jump in at the last moment and was flung through the passenger-side window when you started to tumble, breaking many of his bones.
Quote from: Zako
Time to do something tricky. I try to influence my regeneration to improve my body.
|   You concentrate hard, overcoming the mind-popping pain, and somehow manage to goad your body into not hurting itself for the time being. (+1 regeneration for this turn) | You feel strength returning to your muscles, and the pain is almost completely gone.
Quote from: Frelock
I try to strengthen my mind-power/will-power/mental capacity.
|   Despite long prior experience (or maybe due to it), you can't improve your mind's inner workings no matter how hard you try.
Quote from: Neo1096
I dexterously help korora and LASD fix korora
|   You hear Korora rev up and jump back into the passenger seat. You only manage to strap yourself in before he accelerates to a mindboggling speed, then suddenly you hear screeching and everything around you starts to spin. You instinctively dive down as much as your flexibility and the seatbelts allow, and this saves you from a head injury from the crushed roof. You're still rather shaken, bruised, and battered. And you're somewhat stuck, though not so much that you can't possibly get out because the door's gone.
Quote from: chaoticag
   I wake up.
|   You wake up and open your eyes. | The swirling torrent of green panels strikes you in the visual perception cortex! It is bruised, and you return to unconsciousness.
Quote from: andrea
"first of all i say to the mech:"" hey, it is already bad enough as it is, no need to stay there and stare at me. is there any power plant nearby? i need electricity.""
if he seem friendly, i try to clean the mess that happened in my body. maybe keeping some wires all around the body to get the electricity damage roll.
if he attacks... how easily do you think missles explode? i'll make a test with electricity."
|   You give the mech a painful look and voice your complaint at him. | Seeing you wreathed in lightning must have hypnotized the pilot before, but now he snapped out of it. You don't know what he thought you were, but the mech makes a few steps back and aims its big gun at you. You hear some noise as the mech's external speakers activate, followed by what seems to be a demand to surrender or identify yourself, in what seems to be japanese. The mech stands almost ten meters tall, and looks quite menacing. Its right arm-gun is more or less just a giant tube, so you can't tell what sort of weapon it is, except that it's probably something powerful. You stand still, so as not to provoke him.
Quote from: Gantolandon
I try to get closer to the dropship, examining as much of it as possible (especially if it does contain the key).
|   You start walking along the tracks. It's cold. The bleak alien landscape doesn't cheer you up much, and your pace is slow.
Quote from: Jay Kayell
I put my armor in the back of the van. If possible I drive it to the dropship, after waiting to see if Boksi will want a ride, of course.
|   Not used to heavy labor after so much time in the armor, you struggle fruitlessly for a while, unable to lift the armor out of its place of rest.
Quote from: Boksi
I help him and do want a ride back.
|   You walk up to Jay as he makes another attempt to pry a piece of his armor out of the ground, see his sorry state and offer your help. Together, and using your halberd as leverage, you are able to lift the heavy thing up and somehow cram it into the back of the van, after opening the rear doors from inside. Having done all that you get into the van yourselves and start driving, but don't get further than the area now known as Frelock's Crater. :P
Quote from: Kashyyk
I focus on the skill of absorbtion.
|   You concentrate on your telekinetic skills, attempting to use them to meld the surrounding materials into your body. It requires immense effort, but somehow you managed to encompass your entire surface with your mind. Channeling your TK onto it, you feel like you begin consuming the materials you touch!.. And then, as it always seems to happen with you people, everything goes horribly wrong. The ability locks itself out of your conscious control, your overstrained mind decides that it is better to give up a part of it than to be strained so. You keep absorbing everything that touches you, at a slow rate. It allows you to pry yourself off the metal surface you are stuck to, but the moment you step onto the ground you realise just how bad it's going to be. Your feet feel like being sucked into the ground with every step you make, and they become heavier and cover themselves in various materials as long as you are in contact with the ground. You get slight smears of leather on you from the leather bag. Contrary to what you would think, the ship's hull is plain high-quality steel, and a thin layer of it doesn't enhance your defence much. The clay gathered on your feet doesn't pose a danger... yet. The Colossus of Rhodos comes to mind for some reason. (you will absorb anything you touch, without rolling for it, but stuff might happen after prolonged exposure)
Quote from: LASD
I help korora get me and the others to the EggBullrunDropship.
|   You don't pay attention to Korora revving his engine, and only realise that Korora's driving off when he's already started moving. You jump into the driver's seat and don't even have time to strap yerself in before the horrendous blast of acceleration, and the following couple of minutes of horror before you flew out of the car in a rather unpleasant fashion. Your landing wasn't good, by far, and you're now the proud owner of several broken ribs, some bad lacerated wounds on your legs, as well as two broken arms. You're some distance away from the ship.
Quote from: Rooster
(RTTAI:{3}) I get out of the crater and stroll off towards the camp.
|   You flounder around in the crater for a while, but the unsteady ground under your hooves doesn't let you stand straight.

Environment:
Unknown planet:   The planet seems to be barren as a whole. The sky is green here, and the air is cold. Or maybe it's just autumn here.
Large Valley:   A rather dull and barren, though very large, rocky valley covered by reddish clay soil with patches of some unknown weeds or moss. Filled with broken rock and debris. Sloping mountains or plateaus many kilometers tall seem to surround it. Several trails of large Y-shaped footprints run through it and away out of sight.
Sub-area 1: The place you initially appeared at.
Sub-area 2: Where Zako's hurricane ended. Frelock, Gantolandon, Rooster, Chaoticag, and Zako are here. The latter three are in a small crater. JK and Boksi are also here with the van.
Sub-area 3: Kashyyk stopped the van here.
Unknown camp:   A small military camp set up amidst the hills in the large valley. Big walking machines patrol its perimeter. Korora, LASD, Neo and the dwarf are not too far from here.
Main tent: A rather large tent set up in a flat area amidst the hills. Numerous communication antennae protrude from various places. Several walkers guard this as well.
Ovoid starship: A very big egg-shaped construction with turrets and thrusters. It's seen better days, by the looks of it. It's recently been attacked. Kashyyk and andrea are here, plus a dangerous-looking mech.
------------
Background: [4]   Gantolandon determined that the key is nowhere near the dropship or the camp, it lies in a completely different direction. Andrea hears people shouting in the camp, looks like there's going to be some more company here soon.

First: I leap onto the mech, and start absorbing it.
Second: I control my absorbtion ability.
