Turn here. Turned out a little less destructive than I thought.
------------
Turn 80 ------------
I climb out of the brick pile
| You flounder among the bricks, and suddenly happen onto the buried hole into the sewers. And fall in. Your enhanced vision allows you to see a Very Large Amount of Very Angry Rats. They are Very Angry. And don't seem to mind having a little bite of iron-rich food.
I run to the skyscraper, crushing anything that tries to get in my way.
| Seeing chaoticag taking care of the dogs, you decide to resume your travel to the center of the city. You turn and look at the skyscrapers in the distance, consider the length you have to travel, and say to yourself:
"Dang, I'd really like to find a way to get there faster." Suddenly, your armor comes to life, acting on its own! From within the metal carcass, a deep power awakes, and fills your mechanized shell! You feel a strange buildup of power behind you, and suddenly...
GWRHRAAAARHRHAAAAAWRHRAHRHHRAAAAAAAAaaaaa...!!! An impossibly immense acceleration force suddenly slams you against the back of your armor, as if you were just kicked off by a Gods' team central forward! It is coupled with an incomprehensible, staggeringly loud noise coming from the back, that sounds awfully like rocket boosters. Your vision blacks out momentarily, and all you can see is the dim outline of your arms crossed in front of the windscreen, crashing through what seems to be some buildings. Suddenly the noise stops, and you can see again, but not for long. Because the first thing you see is an exceptionally large marble statue amidst some square, and you fly straight into it! The impact throws you against the glass, which miraculously remains unbroken, and you pass out. You think you can feel your body tumbling and crashing through various obstacles before it comes to rest.
| The rest of your team sees you suddenly disapear in a blue-yellow flash, followed by loud rumbling as the buildings you have crashed through begin to collapse.
| Thankfully, none of your companions were nearby, and no injuries were sustained.
I'll go inside Gantolandon's car and see if it has anything I could enhance with my tools.
| You try to develop some qualities of a sprinter and charge off along the street, hoping at least to see where JK went. Huffing and puffing, tired from carrying all the weight you have on you, you finally stop to catch your breath. You see Gantolandon admiring some neat car, but are too tired to call out to him, and watch helplessly as he gets in and drives off, tires screeching and leaving thick smoke trails. Then you notice the same zombies that are returning to the central street.
I drive in the direction of zombie festival and... well, have you ever played Carmageddon?
| You hop into the car, admire the nice interior (some kind of striped fur on the seats), and start up the engine. It roars out, scaring off some pigeon that managed to survive and happened to be resting on one of the cars. Or maybe it was dead and just fell off. In any case, you admire the roar of the powerful supercharged 8-cylinder block that makes the nearby cars' windows vibrate and shatter. You spot a group of zombies shambling onto the road some distance away, and carefully manuever the car so that you can have a straight run at them. Then you shift into second gear and let 'er rip, feeding the entirety of the 500 horsepowers onto the rear axle. The acceleration pushes you into the seat
| but you keep in control, your adrenaline rushes and your entire mind is taken up by the single thought:
SPLATTER THOSE ZOMBIES!!! In as little as four point five seconds, using skills that literally came outta nowhere, you accelerate to over a hundred KPH, briefly catching a glimpse of a blue-yellow streak that ripped through the scenery to your right, and
SLAM! into the pack of zombies!!! The collective mass of the eight human bodies was enough to significantly reduce your car's velocity, its frame crumples, bodywork flies all over the place! The airbag explodes into your face, but your unrestrained body flies straight out through the windshield, smashing against both the dashboard and the roof thanks to the airbag, and finally coming to rest some fourty meters further along the road. The car digs into the asphalt from the sudden deceleration, and the inertia of its posterior throws it into the air, flipping several times before
| landing right behind your battered body and tumbling right over it, finally stopping in a mangled heap, propped against a taxi. The taxi immediately catches on fire and shortly after explodes in a bright fireball, but you are a good distance away from that and are not affected.
| The zombies were completely splattered by the impact, and too little remains of their bodies for them to present any kind of threat.
| You were incredibly lucky, however. Your armor has softened the brutal onslaught your body had to withstand, and all your injuries amount to is a bump and a few cuts on the head where you rammed a way through the glass, some bruises and scratches, and sprained wrists from awkwardly tumbling along the ground. And you're knocked out cold.
I trample over zombie-dogs. being a half horse
| As it stands, the only live (arguably) zombie dog is in your numerous hands. You stomp on the dead-dead dogs for a bit, and keep holding the live-dead one.
I'll continue to the skyscrapers and examine my reflection.
| You need to work on your balance. When JK blasted off through the buildings, the single impulse of disturbed air was enough to make you fall over.
| You get some minor dints on your back, in addition to some scratched paint.
i... i try to improve my skill into bashing things like walls and doors. if while doing it i also open that door, better!
| You feel too dissapointed to continue trying.
I try and bring this virus to do my bidding to my body
| The virus refuses to cooperate, and becomes even more aggressive!
| You manage to fight its effects, and your condition does not worsen.
then, I will just throw the vodka at the zombies.
| Desperate to do at least
something, you hurl the bottle of vodka at the zombies!
| The bottle smashes against the head of the front zombie, covering him and the floor around with vodka. The unmistakable scent of alcohol fills the narrow space. The zombies continue on.
I blast the zombies with a shockwave of air and use this to propel me onto the hospital's roof.
| Focusing the might of your mind at your improved powers, you jump into the air, supporting yourself with mighty pillars of compressed air coming from your hands. Then, aiming down at the scurrying zombies below, you bring all your willpower to bear on them, crushing them with an overpowering blast of wind!
| The zombies are thrown around like ragdolls, smashing through cars, walls, and generally being flung all over the place. Unsatisfied with that effect, you decide to go all out and call upon every last ounce of power you have in you to utterly DESTROY the infected infestation!
| Lucky for everyone else, your attempt resulted only in a very strong wind that blew you away and upwards, way higher than the hospital and the surrounding buildings. The zombies were largely unimpressed, and begin to get up right away. You try to keep in the air using the wind you form with your hands.
Meh, might be a better idea to get that TK field up.
| You focus and easily form your usual TK bubble around yourself, slowing your fall considerably, but your inertia keeps driving you downwards.
I help whoever is in the most trouble. (let that be Rooster)
| You walk up to Rooster and stab at the zombie dog with your halberd.
| The dog easily withstands that hit, and keeps on trying to wriggle away.

NPC Actions:
Allied: A stocky bearded creature that is the dwarf. Once a Keeper of Nogzulban, this dwarf has travelled with your company almost by accident. Clad in shiny plate armor with a chainmail underneath, this dwarf could be a potent warrior. Armed with an axe, but cannot use it properly. (+1 target dodge)
HACK goes the dwarf's axe against the zombies!
| Or not. The dwarf is paralyzed with indecision - either start hacking the zombies up to avoid danger, or start licking the alcoholic bewerage he's never smelled before so it doesn't evaporate.
Neutral: None.
Enemy: Apartment Zombies:{5} Enraged by someone
daring to taint them with russian vodka, the zombies charge at Neo and the dwarf!
| Neo quickly tumbles away from the charging horde, taking attacks of opportunity when the zombies get close,
| bashing two of their skulls apart. The dwarf makes up his mind, yells something loud and angry, and charges straight at the zombies!
|| Whoa, that dwarf has some skill! Hacking left, right and center like a mad lumberjack, the dwarf dispatches the entirety of the zombie pack in a matter of several seconds! He then lets out a victorious "HA!" and thrusts the axe into the metallic stair. Metal grinds against metal. Sparks fly out. Sparks touch alcohol... within a few seconds, the entire stair is covered in flames!
| Neo and the dwarf cannot react in time, and the fire overtakes them as they try to flee! They run down the stairs smoking, but they manage to put themselves out before any damage is sustained.
Apartment Zombie Dogs:{2} The dogs act as if they aren't there.
Street Zombie Dog:{4} The dog gathers its strength, then lurches to the side and tries to bite Rooster in one of his arms!
| Rooster has to release the dog to avoid being bit, it falls with a thud and slowly gets up. It's obviously angry.
Sewer Zombie Rats:{4} The rats squeak madly and all jump onto Kashyyk!
| They pile up on him and bite at him with all their little teeth, but the steel skin remains unscratched. Kashyyk is mildly inconvenienced.

---------
Artifacts: "The ring consists of a toroidal adamantine core surrounded by a shell of tempered steel with thin bands of gold along the rims of the ring. Set into an adamantine frame on its top is a Star Sapphire imbued with the dark soul of a Greater Demon, under absolute control of the wearer. The steel surface of the ring is covered by three hundred tiny tiles of granite, engraved with images of various creatures, all being dead.
The wearer of the ring may call onto the soul of the demon, which can manipulate darkness and fire - anything from direct projection to creating sentient forms to giving protection against.
The wearer can also give an order to summon a creature mad with rage (any creature from the DF world you have seen), which will use up one or several of the stone tiles, depending on the power of the creature. The tiles may be restored, but only through personally killing sentient creatures with bare hands and absorbing their essence with the ring, which also adds that creature to the ""summonable creatures"" list.
The price to pay for all this power is a constant aura of darkness that any living being will feel (and will react accordingly), and the wearer may, under critical stress, give in and become controlled by the trapped demon soul.
(No passive bonuses. In a single turn, you can either perform an act of darkness/fire manipulation (including creating a prolonged effect), or summon a creature/creatures, but not both. The magnitude and potential of both depend on your skill - the ring grants ""basic level"" only. You can only absorb the essence of a creature you killed with your own bare hands, and only if it died last turn, at most.)
Currently applied effects: (-1 to relevant ability for every active effect)
Darkfire halberd - haft of materialized darkness."

Environment:
Raccoon city, as seen from above: A large-ish city, roughly circular in layout. The downtown has numerous skyscrapers of varied height, and further towards the edges the buildings become less and less pronounced, forming an uneven mass of constructions that abruptly ends, hitting a high wall that surrounds the city for some reason. There aren't any clearly noticable locations, except maybe a few hospitals and malls that manage to stand out.
Raccoon city, dark alleyway: A usual dark and damp alleyway in the slums of some big city, between two large buildings. The city itself is probably rather big as well, you can see many tall buildings in the distance. It is night, but many street lights don't work. Something's strange about this city, but you can't quite make out what it is.
Raccoon city, sewers under dark alleyway: A rather narrow, dark, wet, and very smelly place. Well, it's a sewer.
Raccoon city, gloomy street: A street that the alleyway connects to. It's a little cleaner than the place you've been at now, but not too broad, and not much less darker. At least half the lamps on the street are not lit. A number of buildings of varied sizes go along the street. You see something that looks like a major street or highway, crossing this one some distance away.
Raccoon city, rooftop over dark alleyway: The roof of some building. There's a door to the stairs into the building.
Raccoon city, downtown center: Several tall buildings standing in a cluster. Something's happening on the roof of a central building.
Raccoon city, central skyscraper: A tall building of glass and steel. A helicopter is standing on the roof. The front lobby is a wide-ish hall with a security booth and some decorative chairs/plants. An elevator(broken) and stairs both lead to upper floors. The 30th floor is poorly lit, but looks like a lab or elaborate office floor. From the outside, the bulding looked to have at least 60 floors.
Raccoon city, central highway: A four-lane highway intersecting the gloomy street, and going on towards the center of the city. Many other small streets intersect this one, and there are a lot of cars present, though most are pretty banged up or burned. There's a hospital some distance along the street.
Raccoon city hospital: A large white building that just screams "HOSPITAL" when you look at it. A number of cars, and several ambulances stand near it, in various conditions.
------------
Background: [6] Sounds of fighting are coming from the roof. LASD sees that zombies have now almost completely overtaken the main highway.
