This game of Multiworld Madness has grown too large for me to handle. What would you have me do?

Muster up remaining strength and complete the current chapter. Bring the game to a logical close, then reboot it.

Same as 1, but a whole new game will be started instead, still Multiworld, but no longer Madness.

Get just this last turn done and reboot the game. No point wasting energy if updating takes so long.

In all fairness, it's chaoticag who should be worried. Yours is the sword with +2 damage. :P

I won't say who got the 1's, but I'll say that no damage came of any of them.

Also I don't feel too good right now, and it's late, so I won't post the turn now.

On a sidenote, is it possible to feel too good?

Ow. My head. I don't feel all that bad now, but I think I got something of the flu family. In any case, I was indeed able to finish the current turn. I apologize to the newcomers, the dice don't seem to like them. At least Neo does have some abilities, though his action completely backfired.

I hope no errors are present this time.

------------
Turn 65
------------
Quote from: korora
I'll help chaoticag by sparring with him.
|   You think about it for a moment, and decide to help chaoticag with training. You remove the larger blade of the Ashcraver so it doesn't cut chaoticag's sword in two, and stand beside him, ready.
Quote from: chaoticag
   I practice with my sword.
|   You appreciate korora's helping, and start the sparring. The battle experience you both have accumulated on the battlefield starts to show in this controlled environment, and you both feel you are starting to perform more and more complicated moves, every time evading or parrying them successfully. At the end of the session, you feel a lot more confident in your swordsmanship. Neither of you got hurt in the process, surprisingly. (-1 to target's dodge when fighting a single enemy, for both of you)
Quote from: Zako
Very well, I learn how to mimic other abilities at will.
|   You try to feel other people's powers with your mind, but you can sense nothing. You clearly need more experience in this. (I do NOT fix the rolls. Sorry.)
Quote from: andrea
i try to learn how to manipulate electricity (this can mean both the one of my body (because it seem i am not good at shooting lightning) or outer electricity.like a washing machine or an oven)
|   Never mind that you already did know how to manipulate electricity, you try to improve that knowledge by trying to form arcing lightning into complex shapes in the air before you. Your control isn't that good, however, and the lightning arcs over to JK's metal frame instead. | JK's armor absorbs the electricity into its copper mesh and suffers no damage.
Quote from: LASD
I persuade the dwarf to join our merry fellowship. (action)

And why not welcome Zako and Neo to it too, while I'm at it. (not action)
|   You walk over to the dwarf, and explain to him, in detail, what is happening here and why he is here. Then you ask him to join you on your ventures. The dwarf replies, in traditional dwarven manner. "'Tis not like I have a choice here, lad. Methinks it's either I go with ye using this machine of yers, or I perish into thin air like that poor tree-hugging bastard ye also tried to keep. The name's Kosak. Kosak Sidasin Lokumzuden. Gimme something long and pointy, and I'll go into battle beside ye."
Quote from: Boksi
I turn to face the VIII pedestal and try to materialize my halberd's haft.
|   You turn away from everyone and use the ring's power to add form to the darkness in the haft of your halberd. After some experimenting, you manage to concentrate the darkness enough for it to become material. The ring emits a dark glow as you do this. The haft of your halberd is now a solid rod of darkness, but it is your ring that is keeping it up. (-1 to darkness manipulation while this is in effect)
Quote from: Frelock
I suppose this turn I'll put together that wooden armor and give it to one of our newbies (Zako looks like he could use it more at the moment, but whoever wants it can have it.)

If no-one wants the armor, then I'll carve practice arrows out of it with my throwing knife.
|   Seeing as nobody shows interest in the armor, you take out your small knife and split the wooden pieces into long sticks suitable for a shortbow. You sharpen the ends of the sticks, making them into basic wooden arrows. You got 20 of them.
Quote from: Kashyyk
I solidify the metal I'm made of, giving me a better resistance to damage.
|   Using the steel scales from your skin as a source of material, you channel TK unto yourself, fusing the scales with your skin and flesh. The result is a much harder surface, much more resistant to bludgeoning attacks, and just as resistant to cutting and piercing as it was before.
Quote from: Jay Kayell
I try to learn the exact nature of my armor and its powers.
|   For all your attempts, you cannot see anything wrong with the armor. It behaves just like a hunk of metal (and some corpses) formed into armor.
Quote from: Rooster
   I work out poison immunity
|   You consistently fail to exert any measure of control over the mutations of your body. | Though, admittedly, your body doesn't seem to change an awful lot.
Quote from: Neo1096
I attempt to gain telepathic communication abilities
|   You focus your mind, but in attempting to gain telepathic powers you only manage to strain the parts of your brain responsible for such mental feats, making telepathy harder for you. As a positive side-effect, however, telepathy attempted on you has to overcome the same barrier. (-1 to telepathy or similar extrasensory abilities, but +1 to resisting telepathy).
Quote from: Gantolandon
I try to learn basic TK matter manipulation.
|   Finely controlling TK energies is a lot harder than blasting stuff, and even with knowledge of TK Healing you can't conjure enough power so finely conentrated to manipulate individual molecules.

NPC Actions:

Quote from: Kosak Sidasin Lokumzuden
A stocky bearded creature that is the dwarf. Once a Keeper of Nogzulban, this dwarf has travelled with your company almost by accident. Clad in shiny plate armor with a chainmail underneath, this dwarf could be a potent warrior. If he had a weapon.
The dwarf undigs himself from the underwear and starts examining the rest of the cube.
|   He takes a walk around the cube, but not counting the panel and the pedestals, it's all rather bland.

Environment:
Dark Metal Cube:   A large dark metal cube, 10 meters to a side. The floor is covered by a rug of a greenish color, that feels like moss to the touch. The ceiling glows with a uniform white light, leaving no significant shadows in the room. Along three of the walls, there are 9 pedestals, marked "I" through "IX". On the fourth wall, there is a green panel with nine yellow buttons, also marked "I" through "IX", and two smaller buttons, one marked "X" in the upper right corner, and one marked "Hepl" in the bottom left. On the same wall there are hatches with latches, leading to quantum underwear stockpiles. The red light surrounding one of the hatches is gone.
------------
Background: [6]   Kosak points out that the pedestal marked "IV" is faintly glowing.

Since you helped korora push the button. Korora got blown away and left the key, so you picked it up and pushed the button.

it seem that me and JK are doomed to fail...

i'll train my hammerman skill, sparring with someone (if someone want to spar with me) or just hitting the wall. if i am hiting the wall, i use electricity to power my arms. i must have accuracy also when i hit strongest

Partly to spark some more interest in the thread, and partly to further boost its size (nearing 2000 posts! And 15k views!) I'd like to hear your opinions on what the next world is going to be about. Wild guesses, educated guesses, telepathy scan results, anything goes. I won't tell you which world it is until you visit it in any case, but I wonder what you think.

A superhero-comic-like verse?

Warhammer 40k?

Some other sci-fi?

Urban fantasy?

Middle-Earth?
