This game of Multiworld Madness has grown too large for me to handle. What would you have me do?

Muster up remaining strength and complete the current chapter. Bring the game to a logical close, then reboot it.

Same as 1, but a whole new game will be started instead, still Multiworld, but no longer Madness.

Get just this last turn done and reboot the game. No point wasting energy if updating takes so long.

Ouch. Thank you, andrea. Thank you, The Unknown Aggressive Dwarf.

Well, I desperately search the tavern for something even remotely looking like a weapon.

hey, we had a golem here?
somebody try to tame it. we need that. and mainly, we don't want it to attack us.
and mainly i don't want it to walk on me!
i can't defend myself!
and an army of elves will be hungry after the battle... i think they will still attack us.
but yes, wooden weapons wouldn't be a good idea.

I'll give you people two hints about two things.
A) Iron Men have the [liKES_FIGHTING] tag.
B) The dwarf leads a force of 30 dwarves and 50 humans. Kashyyk isn't human anymore, but see A)

andrea, and anyone else who ends up unconscious - you have a chance to come out of uncounsciousness on a good roll, you just get a -2 penalty and a failguard to prevent epic fails that would worsen the situation. That's not to say dreaming is fruitless - Gantolandon made a prime example this turn. :) You can add "has a fertile imagination" to your profile. :D

i try to focus on making a pile of steel weapons on the table , using the power of the deepest parts of my mind, that i can now reach since i am sleeping.

well, if i still have a chance to wake up, better to have some weapons ready, isn't it?

also, if i get a lucky roll (or at least not a 1. i don't want to be killed by the weapons i summon)now, next turn i can do more things.

just to know the what other players think.
elves and dwarves/humans are fighting. they are near us. dwarves seem friendly. elves are attacking this city.

would you
1) fight
2)run
or
3) wait?

next turn i think i'll examine the trapdoor. that might be important. unless someone else do it on this turn.

I'll post a bigger hint in a turn or two. For now, remember the pedestals, the verses, and the starting message.

andrea: you've got failguard since you're unconscious. You can't fail so badly that you make things worse. The worst roll you can do will just keep you unconscious, with a lower penalty for next turn.

Alright, I'm waiting on 3 players, namely Rooster, Kashyyk, and LASD.

The rolls weren't too good so far, but several got very nice results, so it's a 4 on average. Keep it up. :) Andrea got a purpose in life now. :D

...
why my dice roll is SO bad?
And Im affraid that I don't understand the purpose of the new title...

first:
I appologize to the god so that he will help me ... even if just a little (you know that I want to be healed already)
second:
I contact Loki the god of lies via telepathy and ask for some usefull abilities

Rooster: Yeah, your best was a 4, and that was when you were on AI. Only 1s and 2s otherwise.

Andrea: I can already guess most players' actions next turn (except chaoticag and kashyyk). You probably won't be helping Rooster. Rather "helping yourself" to some goodies. ;)

And is the new title really not needed? Well, I suppose it is, but I just felt a need to change it...  suggestions?

Here's a suggestion:

Tell us what this RTD Extended 1.3 is. I can guess the basic implications easily enough, it's not exactly a strange name, but I'm curious about the details.

Of course, it might be that you simply haven't gotten it all together...

See first post.

RTD Standard 1.0 is 1.1 without the "extra roll to narrowly avoid death"

RTD Extended 1.0 adds swarm rules. 1.1 adds status rules. 1.2 adds collaboration rules. 1.3 adds failguard to unconscious players. There are additional variants, like 1.11 without swarm rules. I'm working on these variants, and new useful rules and mechanics.
