I have a few questions about Adventurer mode.

1.  Is there any benefit whatsoever to carrying a corpse with me?  Perhaps to sell it, or maybe to have some dude butcher it for parts?

2.  Why did my last adventurer get attacked by an Axe Lord without any known explanation as soon as I entered a town that I know to have been friendly?

3.  Is there any way to control which town my adventurer will start in, assuming I have him start in the same civilization?

I might have more questions, so I may end up spamming the board, so I apologize in advance for that.

Then again, I might just tag them onto this one instead.  Yeah, I'll go with that.  Much less board-spam.

Ok, here we go.

4.  Why can I wear as many as 3 items on each part of my body, and what effect, if any, does it actually have?

5.  Is there a way to see how well-protected I am due to my armor, and if so, how?

1. well, you can do what I used to do. Pick up every corpse you kill and throw them at enemys. Its like pokemon, gota pickm' all.

2. You probly attacked him some how without knowing it, did the rest of the town attack you?

3 .Nope.

2.  I actually went back to the town with my next adventurer, and found the Axe Lord still in the tavern, attacking everyone in sight.  Guards eventually killed him, so I now have a good bit of loot (sadly, it's all iron, but hey, better than nothing).

4. It is generally assumed that more layers = more protection, some people carry ten steel shields on one arm.

5.  Three simple steps
         1. Find an elven retreat
         2. Kill an elf
         3.  If you survive the onslaught, then your rating is "good enough."

Please note that "good enough" is subjective.  You may be able to survive an ambush, but kicking a demon in the sensitive bits is still a bad idea.

I once bit a demon to death after he broke both my arms. This was after I cut off his right leg with a thrown head, of course, but I still think it was a reasonably fair fight.

elves because there's lots of bow men. the deadliest thing in existence(other than demons/megabeasts).
