the subject of a merger with Sabai Unity Party has been raised once more.

Did anything actually progress with this?  Its simply ridiculous to have two parties in constant agreement with each other.

Hmm. I thought I'd responded to this, but I guess I didn't. As soon as we pick our sacrificial lamb for January 5th, we start talking our way through the merging. I'd like to see us merged more or less at the same time the election sorts itself out.

Well with Antonio gone, things are looking up, I must say.  I predict TNT will fall apart after this.

Honestly, I was shocked he dropped out. I figured he had the election sewn up. I expected Guy to get 45% or so, but I couldn't have seen him beating Antonio at this point in time. I really couldn't see anyone beating Antonio.

It will be interesting to see what TNT does next election. Antonio was basically the entire face of TNT, everyone else either rarely speaks or is just a mindless vote zombie.

Many people from TNT are flooding out to Brazil. It's likely that TNT is going to be heavily weakened, and it seems that some of them are voting for ViusSolaris in some strange attempt at resentment. It's irritating how thick-headed some of TNT are...

Not so much thick-headed as juvenile and cliquish. Which, yes, is generally worse.

Is there anything in the works that might help the price of food to go down? Q2 food ranges from being equal to my daily wage to more than my daily wage. Q3 is just crazy and there never seems to be any Q1 food on the market when I check anymore. I'm not in danger of starving at the moment, but if it keeps up like this I can see it being a problem for me and other citizens in the future...

Nothing clear, alas. I currently have the Fortress SO parked in eJapan, however, and can buy and donate as long as their prices are better.

One thing to consider, if we are to be "embracing" a high-wage, high-price economy, is that we should up gov't salaries to reflect this. Not to get into a price war, but to make it possible for the workers to, ya know, at the the very least subsist.

The company I work for releases Q1 food often. However, considering I'm the only worker and I can at most make 8 Q1 food a day, I'm not too surprised at the result.

Paying people in food. How come I never thought of that brilliant idea?

Is anyone else having trouble logging in? When I click on log in it just directs me to the log in screen again.  I'm pretty sure its not cookie trouble, and there's no error message.
