Upgrading doesn't really matter anymore. Instead of subtracting the quality from the persons base skill, its now a multiplier of 1/Q, where Q is the quality level of the company. So if a person is producing 10 units at a Q1 company, they will produce 5 units at a Q2. Also you are far more productive in total in a Q2 land company then in a Q1 land company. 90% I think the number is

Btw, does the Thailand Reform Party need 30 gold? I only need 20 to start my company, and I doubt anyone has 2 in grain skills so no need to upgrade.

ATM, parties can't do anything with Gold. It goes into their account and gathers dust. That's supposed to change eventually, but for now no party needs any Gold.

As to founding a company... um. Can't say that I'd encourage it, as we've historically suffered from having too many companies for our labor pool. Most are well below optimal size. Still, if you do make one, upgrade to Q2 ASAP. In harvesting, going from Q1 up to Q2 means an immediate 80% increase in net output (you produce 90% as many units as you did at Q1, but they function as if they're 2 Q1s when consumed).

There should be plenty of people with grain skill of 2.  I'm at 3.55 and I just started about 20 some-odd days ago.

If you are referring to the first party elections in which we had a shot of beating LCP in a fair fight, then it would be RODY@K(.

The very first one was fakes used by IgorACL which me and LCP had no idea that he used them, but after he used the fakes I wanted my own sockpuppets also.

So I created them and on the NEXT elections I used them agaisnt Ealb, turns out they worked great.

Then I used them again to help Korbin King win.

But it is all good now, I talked with the admins, they gave me 1 day ban and all the fakes are banned.

So it is all good now.

It is a shame. I wouldn't mind having another character in say the eUSA that went to war and generally did different things with no contact with my main, but I don't because its against the rules. Somebody explain to me why my generation seems to hate playing inside the rules to the extant of breaking them even when they don't have to.
