There's one possibility we could consider, if we're about to upgrade to Q2 and we can't sell our stock on the market (all unsold stock apparently disappears when you upgrade). We could sell some (3?) of our homeless workers the Q1 houses we have at minimal prices as an advance on wages. 5/6 of our actives have no house. This essentially means investing 600-ish (potential) THB in our workforce, but if we can't unload the products anyway it may be our best option.

Thoughts, my fellow owner/operators? This should include Beorn now, as after his generous 5g contribution he has invested a larger stake than I did back at our founding.

How long do Congressional votes stay open? The wiki says nothing about this. If it closes soon, the low attendance among TNT reps will hand us a victory, but it's been over a day and it's still open...  :-[

[e] Hmm, methinks I misremembered when it was posted, so it hasn't been a day yet... and a day is what I'd assume it would be open for.

It seems that VAT was bugged for a bit. I was going off of the fact that the economy page with the VAT listed had the lowest market price for food .12 THB but in the marketplace the lowest price was .28THB.

I would only need a house if we go Q2. When I finish my Q3 food I'll be at 99% wellness and I'm skipping training for now. The problem is due to the government's policies no one can afford a house due to rising food prices and the "strengthening" of the THB.

Oh yes I'm doing research to find the forum of TNT. Want to make sure that no one could possibly find their way to it and discover all their secret plans.

Edit2:Reading further Bangkok isn't getting a hospital till the earliest of the 20th because the mayor isn't playing anymore.

Hey sound like an good idea for it reduce quality food for those active works need in long run and allow pay off for house by working each day for it.  :)

No press release. Ireland gifts AKA s33vald announced he was hiring anyone to work in housing at a starting wage of 10 THB. Note that since its a government run company they are only paying 8THB wages due to income tax.

Ireland gifts? I'm assuming there was already an article about how the government company is run by the Irish? (It's far too obvious not to have been said, right?).
anyway, Let them have their employees, if they can do it.
also, I would like to ask anyone with skill 1 in housing, and not yet gainfully employed to go and ask for that 10THB salary, it's a good wage (I have skill in the mid 3.s, and I only earn 9), and if they don't follow on their promises it'll be fun to expose!

that's odd... IG has skill 2 in both gifts and food, yet according to it's employment history, it never held an honest job in it's life (like all SOs). that smells of fish!

and btw, I have a good amount of money..around 500thb and 15gold with me..that I don't use, so maybe I can lend people the money to buy a house then they pay me back

The offer for 10 THB/day starting wages was made for not just housing, but also Food, Gifts, and Moving.
