Will do. I dropped myself to 0.1 (as low as possible), as I have 13 Q2 Food and 6 Q1, so I can hold out for a goodly while.

Edit: DEAR GOD. WE HAVE A 150% tax on food. For every dollar you spend on food the government gets a 1.50. How the hell is anything supposed to improve like that.

Yea just notice after I work.  All the food I have in stock Q1 3, Q2 10, Q3 4 and Total 14.69 THB



So max with food stock I can last 17 days but um for at least those days I willing go to close as 0 as posible.

Think Housing market for Q1 is oversatured.

that's bad. the good new is that I can provide funds and gold for us to go to level 2 (as an interest free loan, because I don't want to calculate shares). however we need to sell the houses (as they will be gone).

edit: BTW whoever finds the houses sold (or our progress at over 180 units, we don't need another Q1 house!), upgrade the company immediately.

Cool. It means we need to start eating Q3 food and/or getting gifts if we want to train and not backslide, but this market is awful... and TNT is proposing offering 10 THB starting wages for unskilled labor in all sectors.

Beorn the taxes are bad, but not that bad. VAT is only 15%, not 150%. So if I buy Q2 food for 1 baht, the government get 0.15 of that.

Been play with the number and I  think Asumme all us who work yesterday keep work for every day. and using 1 for expected daily presence for all us except for me with .8 we will be done after today is finish in 1.12 days. Or use .8 across for all us then in 1.45 days house will be done.

Andrea: the prices for houses are falling because the market is oversaturated and no average (homeless) eThai can afford them. The scary part is that we're fast diving towards the break-even point; as it stands, at the (sweatshop) wages we were paying when we produced them, we're looking to earn less than 100% profit on a single house. Which may sound like a greedy thing to complain about, but we're trying to develop, and we'd like to pay more than those aforementioned sweatshop wages. If we paid the government company's minimum wages, we are by my estimate already below the price where we can break even. I.e., if we paid the wages the government is "recommending" and sold houses for the prices we have ours up for right now, we'd lose 30-ish baht per house we produced.

My (very rough, optimistic) estimates:

Assume:
8 average net productivity/person (might be high, but we've fairly skilled, healthy actives)
One Q1 House takes 200 to produce
6 actives
=> ~4 days to build a Q1 House

If we pay the government "minimum wage" of 10 THB/day (starting!!!):
60 THB/day salary
x 4 days
= 240 THB net for 0 profit

But wait, there's tax!

20% VAT (may drop to 15%, but not yet)
=> 288 THB minimum market price to break even!!!

Current lowest Q1 House on the market: 180 THB

That's it, these numbers are going in my scandal rag.
