Wait what, TRP had 3 members in it before any of us joined, it was also the newest political party in Thailand when we joined. Me or Scorpian are in no way trying to hurt Luis or trying to underpay members of bay12games. The low wages right now are temporary, and Scorpian himself does not get paid or accept wages from the company. I'm fine if you decide to leave, but reconsidering would probably do us both some good

I agree with you completely regarding scorpians behaviour. But thats not a reason to leave eThailand completely, is it? There is others around here that is not so ungrateful. I also think this Luis seems like a nice guy, if we cant take his party or anything else I can support him for a while.

I need to know, can you buy businesses in other countries? I am right now looking at a list of businesses in Iran and other places, altough I do realize I need to do lots of research into how the state of the industry is there, of course. And the fact that I can't rely on cheap labor at all strongly suggest that the businesses I buy in other countries won't really do any good (as in, won't really generate profit).

And the worst part, of course, is that all the non-media companies cost at least 40 Gold...I only have 5 Gold and 4 invites.

EDIT: Oof. I found a moving company in Portgual that cost 50 Gold that offers very, very dirt cheap moving tickets. And since the market value of the Portgual Currency is going down, they'll get cheaper every day!

1 THB = 6.13 PTE, altough nobody is doing that sort of conversion at the moment. Since it offers wages as low as 35 PTE, that equals to...well..6 THB. One moving ticket costs 42 THB, which is lower than our tickets which cost over 100 THB.

Gold does in fact get cheaper and more expensive. Gold is a currency like any other currency. But it really doesn't matter since Gold is, heh, the Gold Standard, and doesn't change that much.

No the reason why I wanted to buy businesses in other countries is because, well, since Thailand is terrible, it has terrible companies on sale. If I go to a better, more active country, I should see better companies.
