I'm sorry but I didn't get my job by telling my employer to raise my salary while I go work for a different company and wait until my ludicrous demands are met.
first of all, it's either <-> or. either you get a good salary or you get fired and then go work elsewhere, not while. a 5THB offer sounds like a bluff, but that's the moving business for you, I guess (6.10 THB average salary, damned oligopolists!).
(our next company should be either moving or housing, that's where the big bucks are these days.)
On topic of how you got your job, I wouldn't consider not being elected an object of pride... (but that's just me).

I just epic failed my way into Sacremento. I'll buy a plane ticket as soon as I can  :(

Unless there's a way to delete a character or reset it in a different location.

Add me as a friend (if you haven't already) and I'll wire you some money for a ticket.

stuff

Also, he clearly stated that he isn't playing all the time (which is obviously once a day, since he hadn't responded to me in 4 days), and we don't need that. We need someone who's actually going to work, not sit in the back of the company and hold us up from advancing.

Added, and how do moving tickets work? Does the star quality matter, and do you need more than one?
Julius Ceasar remains silent on the subject.

ask his friend, Vikie.
in short:
you need 1 ticket.
quality of the ticket will give you a bonus/malus on your wellness calculated as quality-3,
however I recommend that you still buy quality 1 tickets, becuase they are cheap, and then if you really want you wellness back, ask someone to send you a gift. (I'm actually not sure if that works out right in general, but it does in Thailand)

fun fact:
accoring to the wiki you can create a special account called SO account (which differes from the player account only in that it has SO in it's name) to run the company for you, this way:
a) several people can control the company allowing easier collaboration with our European members (Scorpian is from the Americas)
b) scorpian can work too!
The article

I think we might need one of these (as well as increased production). Right now the sell offers keep running out, making people buy from other sources.

We got mentioned in an interview with Luis.  He seems to suspect us of account faking.
Quote
Luis Carlos Prestes:
The Company Ultra, for example, which has 8 employees, spent 10THB of wages the last three days. all this infor is in the profile of the company, e-republik provides the data to monitor people
This gives an average of 0.5THB per day for each worker. I do not know what was right there, but anyway this is totally anti-professional. It is slave labour

IgorACL:
That I agree with wages are too low lately ...

Luis Carlos Prestes:
What I propose to better monitor that is the creation of a wage floor for the professions.
Will this also serve to monitor fake accounts?.
Look at this example:
If my company only had fake accounts , I would leave the salary of workers as little as possible
With a minimum wage would be different
The false account would have to receive the same as an ordinary worker, and then send money to their owners(the maker of the false account)
And since everything is stored in the history of accounts, it would be impossible to track fake accounts, because the people would be seeing the money being sent without any reason
Thus we begin to solve the problems

IgorACL:
Very good, these fakes prevent rapid growth of Thailand.

Luis Carlos Prestes:
Yes, I understand that, when I am always report to the admins this problem, but unfortunately the game is still weak at this point. We ourselves need to create efficient mechanisms to fix this.

Ya know I want to sign up for this. Just the fact that a higher up in Thailand's management knows nothing about how to compete in the workplace is hilarious.  Basic workplace economics. Minimize costs, in this case salary, maximize profit, in this case grade, and plow the money back into the company. Since you can only have one job from what I can tell, it doesn't seem to make a whole lot of difference if you are just surviving or making a thousand bucks a month. Instead of sending him here, how bout we all chip in a couple of bucks and send him an Econ 101 book instead.  What he is describing is counterproductive to the glory of our new mountain home.

Ustxu Iceraped the Frigid Crystal of Slaughter was a glacier titan. It was the only one of its kind. A gigantic feathered carp composed of crystal glass. It has five mouths full of treacherous teeth, enormous clear wings, and ferocious blue eyes. Beware its icy breath! Ustxu was associated with oceans, glaciers, boats, and murder.
