Yeah, I'm willing to pay interest within reasonable limits.

Hmmm.
Jimmy, how about this?
I'll purchase a q2 house with company funds and donate it to you.
You will pay me back half of what is cost as soon as possible - 150 PYG.
Sound good?

Sounds perfect. With better housing my production in the company should improve drastically. I'll repay as fast as possible.

My wealth of money stands unused, and this saddens me. Literally everything you guys ask for in money terms, for whatever reason, I will give you.

I'd feel guilty about it. I (or rather the non-rational under-part of my brain) think(s) I should build up my wealth through my own work.
Perhaps you should create an organization account, come over here to Paranena, and start a grain company. With your ungodly amounts of wealth, you could upgrade it. What's your skill, by the way? (If it's land, you can work there; if it's manufacturing you should totes come work for us :D)

Does anyone have freedom of movement (not currently in a company)? I'd like someone to pop over to Belgium and buy a cheap house.

Jimmy, thanks for the gift, but Cheddarius the Mighty already has good wellness.

Where does our small group stand alliance-wise? Specifically on the EDEN/PHOENIX issue. Paraguay's surrounded by a lot of pro-PHOENIX nations, but personally I prefer EDEN.

I have 4.5 land, 6.5 manufacturing and 8.5 construction.

Holy wow! That is triple great. You should definitely stay at your company.
But, I think it would be a good idea to start a new grain company in Paranena, to provide an outlet for your income and a good job for Bay12ers (or, if you like, even more vast quantities of filthy lucre).

Should I start a new organisation or stick with my account?

Organization is better; you can keep working.

EDEN and PHOENIX are both as bad as the other, in my opinion. PEACE was cool, but these days the only ones left are imperialists.

Can I suggest you offer a loan for anyone without a Q2 or possibly Q3 house so they can get one, it saves a lot of pain with work and food to have a decent house.

Q3 is fairly pricey but I found it means I stay at 100% wellness whatever I do.

Sure.

I am having trouble finding a suitable image for Cog Farming Co. Does anybody have any suggestions?
