I see Urist Weapons Co. has a few friendly faces. So I'm guessing I'm farming for experience now right?

I assume you've done the tutorial.
Pretty much yeah. Just work every day, and train. And do what the guy says.

Yeah, I did the tutorial.

I've got no problems logging in each day so my plan is to work at Urist Weapons Co. and train, buy food from Charmin Ultra and donate the remainder of my dwarfbucks back to Urist Weapons Co. If I'm doing it wrong tell me.

Eh, that works.

You could set yourself  long-term goal, such as save for a house or something.

A house would be nice, but hopefully my company will give consideration to funding residential support as a loyalty bonus to a hard-working employee.

In the meantime, UristJimmy has slept without a proper room recently.

Jimmy, you don't have to donate your money back. That's very generous of you, but you should save for a house like Apple Master said, or purchase weapons (from us if possible; we always have the lowest prices when we restock) and battle to gain more experience and fighting levels.

Apple, like qwerty said, you're not going to die even if you're getting pretty large drains. Eventually, your wellness consumption and restoration will balance out, provided you don't lose too much. If you lose 2 a day (1 work, 1 train, 50 from battling but that's healed), you should be fine.
Also, you can buy q2 food - it should be easy on your 3-PYG salary. You can afford 1 q2 food for a guarani a day and have 2 guaranis left over besides.

Huh, just noticed that everyone seems to be a weakling militarily. Why are you all pretty much privates? I'm nearly a colonel and I never thought it was that significant..

Weapons are expensive, and we're not always at war.

We've been getting battles every few days, and still, there are people who are level 15+ and haven't participated in war?

It is likely that they don't know about war, then, or don't see the benefit, or don't know about our fine Paraguayan health care.

Personally I have fought all that I can, but I am still only second rank, because I'm fairly new and only get 5-10 xp per battle.

I quit training to maintain 100 wellness for work at the minimal cost of 1 Q1 food per day at a Q2 company. Additionally, I didn't really have access to or intrest in any wars very often.

You would likely find many similar explainations, especially where a player's true power is their ability to produce.

You can fight wars without training, actually. With mighty Soviet communist health care, it's essentially free, except for the time you take to do it (which, admittedly, is a pretty large price).
