How do I get better Wellness? I'm at 83 and I can't afford good food. I only have $6. :(

Normally the way to get wellness up high, unless you can afford great food, is fighting and then healing in  q5 hospital. Everyone fight in http://www.erepublik.com/en/battles/fight/9581/0 and then heal in the hospital, which should restore about 50-10 wellness. Fighting costs 10 wellness each attempt, so basically only fight once and heal until you have 100 wellness
Edit: Actually, it looks like that battle ended the second I posted, when there's another battle fight there instead.
