You should make a worker's union and demand higher wages. That would only work if it was such an immense union that it would be unprofitable to hire scabs, though (if the supply of Thai nonunion workers comprised much less than demand). That way, some companies would be short of workers, and be forced to hire your union workers at higher wages or import non-Thai workers at even more cost. At this point, presumably people would see your success and join your union, rapidly depleting nonunion labor supplies until the entire country was forced to hire your workers and very high wages (ideally, wages that make their profit almost 0).

Or maybe someone could make a company that paid very high wages, so that everyone wanted to work there? Then you could reject almost all the workers except those who deserve the high wages - those with very high skill. That would make you successful, and other companies might follow.

EDIT: Still want to know where to go in Paraguay though. Central East Chaco? Paranena? Where's the main force?

Thanks!

All right, I'm in the company.

EVERYONE SHOULD BUY FOOD ONLY FROM CHARMIN ULTRA. IT COSTS 9 CENTS MORE, BUT IT WILL MAKE ZAC WEALTHY. IF ZAC IS WEALTHY, HE CAN EXPAND OR PAY US MORE.

So, basically.

Buying food from charmin ultra=Equals more wealth which- more expansion, higher wages which equals=food costing less relative to our paychecks, and moar workers. Hope you can speak spanish, zac, since alot of the Paraguayans speak spanish.

Right now I don't really care about the money we're making (although it is positive), but rather you guys increasing skill/raising experience. I've lowered the prices for food because due to me and Rakona's high skill it costs like .22 to make 1 food, after factoring in pay checks.

You should sell it at .40 each to be competitive.

EDIT: Also, is it possible for us to upgrade or something? I want some better quality food so my wellness doesn't keep dropping.

EDIT2: Never mind, I'd have to work more. Drat.
Is it possible to build your own house, or do I have to buy one?

The company has to upgrade to allow for better quality food production, which I think we should work on. Currently I'm turning 22 wheat into 22 q1 food in a day, and I can't stand the smell of 22 crappy loaves of bread made with pre-digested wheat, personally.
You have to buy your own house, I believe that the cheapest house usually costs 3 gold; it's definitely worth looking around comparing currency weight to house price and buying a house in a foreign country with how expensive they tend to be.
Ah, ~2 gold actually, Edit: Right, so apparently they changed it so that you have to be in a country for a day to buy stuff there, so I'll be gone for a couple of days as I seek a q5 house to spend all my money on.
