You're better off getting new hires before firing people. If there are less than 10 employees, the rest of us get a productivity hit. If people aren't working, they don't get paid, and they still count for the # of employees modifier.

So, I'm running for congress in Paranena just to see if I'll be an official candidate. I recommend anyone who can to apply for candidature (Party doesn't matter, if we found a party congress membership should carry over, IIRC), though I think that opportunity ends in a few hours
