I'd recommend trying to apply for citizenship with a very short translated message, like:

¿Ciudadanía por favor? (Citizenship please?)

Do any of you need extra q2 food? Cheddarius The Mighty is barely surviving on his 2-guarani wages, but he saved up a lot of money earlier.

I just used something along the lines of, "I would like to be a citizen of Paraguay. I have already lived in Paraguay for a month." and just put that through an online translator, and somehow it worked. You need, I think, 50 characters for the request.

What quality food are you using? q2 food is about 1.50; you should have enough to buy that and have some left over.

Only getting 2PYG a day on the job, but eeking out some more on the money market. Made about 20PYG in profit so far. So far so good.

I'm alternating between Q2 and Q4 food. Q2 maintains my wellness, and Q4 adds 2 each time. I was very stupid and got down to 60, so I'm slowly creeping back.
