My guess is that it will be released "as soon as testing is completed."  This isn't my prediction, it was in one of Nostradamus' lost prophecies.  I read about it in a grocery store tabloid.  Also, Elvis is alive and running the government from Mars, and the smoke from a fire in Guatemala formed into the shape of Abe Vigoda's face.

As if. That's an insult.

We'd have DF 5.0 by the time Duke Nukem Forever is out. The dwarves would be handled by a superintelligent AI and we are able to play in complete and full range of motion physics, right down to individual molecules.
Elephants mauling dwarves in full physics and 3d glory!

I'm guessing the 28th.. That's when I'll be at the dentist! Then I can download it while I'm there.. and I can think away my own pain by thinking about the pain I will inflict on my poor dwarves later. Yeah!

He did say in one of the updates that it's going to make the October release. My guess? October 21. Mark it on your calendar.
