what are the walls made of? If its stone then I cause gaps in the stone all the way to the break room. EDIT: I use the stone to encase one of the dead goblins with stone like a second skin.

1. I go find shadowdump.
2a. If I do not find shadowdump, I search for the artifact.
2b. If I find shadowdump and he has not obtained the artifact, I take it (out of the chest). (Assuming no hostiles.)
2c. If I find shadowdump and he already has the artifact, I practice my thermal manipulation.
2d. If I find shadowdump and there are hostiles inhibiting the seizure of the artifact, (like the chest maybe actually being beastlike?) I help shadowdump defeat these hostiles, while looking for openings through which to seize the artifact.
3aa. If I do not find the artifact, 2c.
3ab. If I find the artifact and shadowdump has not obtained the artifact, 2b.
3ac. If I find the artifact and shadowdump already has the artifact, 2c.
3ad. If I find the artifact and there are hostiles inhibiting the seizure of the artifact, 2d.
3ba. If I obtain the artifact, I attempt to ascertain its powers.
3bb. If I obtain the artifact in such a way that I learn its powers, 2c.
3bc. If I do not obtain the artifact due to sudden appearance of hostiles, 2d.
3bd. If I do not obtain the artifact due to other reasons, and another has not taken it, 2c.
3ca. I practice my pyrokinetic powers
3da. If the hostiles are not defeated in the original assault, I attempt another approach, such as hand to hand combat or my other powers, or perhaps even diplomacy.
3db. If the hostiles are vanquished and there are no other inhibitors to my acquisition of the artifact (such as another player having it), 2b.
3dc. If the hostiles are vanquished and in the process another player seized the artifact, 2c.
