I think this bug could be nice as a description of games details. 1000th bug is about someone to drop sock and shoe cause he misses one foot. That's great. Just laughed as I read it in todays development.

Rather than having them directly force you to mine adamantine, I would suggest that they give you strange moods that require adamantine. "Dig out the adamantine or Urist here goes insane and dies" is suitably vicious.

(It occurs to me that you can probably get "Lovecraft" as the random name of your fortress. That's when you know you're screwed.)

The reason I bring an extra shoe every time is that our Dwarf-Kingdom has a Quality Certificate System. That's right, every damn employee needs to have the Standard Kit, or not be employed at all. And the Standard Kit has two socks and two shoes. I complained, didn't help. They say I need to go with the system.

Luckily, the system has no problem with me losing the extra items and marking them down as MIA. I still have to pay for losing the items, but the cost is silly nickels. So mostly I just ditch them as soon as I reach my mission area.

Oh, and back to the liaison replacing. It's VERY easy.
