Mech Platoon was probably the greatest GBA disappointment ever.

GBA Tactics Ogre  is definitely a more approachable game and fleshes out the system a bit more, but the story of the PSX Tactics Ogre is awesome. It's number seven on Famitsu's top 10 games of all time!
