I started a new adventurer and immediately got a quest to kill... a Cyclops! I set out and charged into the cave. Here is the game log:

 out of the cave and ran southward, with big guy following me closely- REALLY REALLY closely;
I was thinking of trying to make my way all the way to the town, with cyclops in tow. Then:)

(Aha! I think. I wonder if I could somehow get him up to the edge, then wrestle him into the lava)

Best use of magma pipe I've seen.
Now, to humiliate him further, you should start a fortress on top of that magma pipe.
I expect all your engravings will be about cyclopes (no idea how to spell the plural of cyclops) burning up.
