Wierd bug. I was digging a long tunnle to get underground acess to a some magitite ore I can see on the surface. On the way there, I hit some coal, and designated that to be mined, too. One square is remained to be mined, along with some Up/Down Staircases. I have 3 miners, but 2 of them report NO JOB in yellow, instead of going over and digging the Up/Down Stairway. I'll get a save up as soon as I figure out how. My current save does not show up in my Save Directory like it used to.

Yeah, that's a weird issue that's cropped up in 39*.  For some reason, miners get forgetful about designations that cross z-levels like stairs and ramps.  Cancelling the stairs and remarking should get them back to work.  Hopefully, this issue won't last too long.
