That's a link to your onboard soundcard driver.

I DL'ed it and virus scanned it so I don't look like a jerk later either =P

Edit: If you have a PCI soundcard in your machine, you might want to go into Device Manager, find the PCI soundcard and disable it. That's windowskey+ pause/break, then click hardware, should be the first button in that tab. Go to sound/video/game controllers and right click and 'disable' your PCI soundcard. Or just unplug it. Tell us if anything still has a little yellow exclamation point after this.

sir, you are full of 50% of win, 50% of epicness and 50% of awesomeness!! fucking thanks you! i disabled the sound card and i'm not getting anymore BSODs!!! and it's not that big problem loosing sound, i'll get a new sound card as soon as i can, but i can live without it  :P
