[39e] Broken Save

Its general practice to post broken saves here, right?

I'm not sure what's going on here, it was working alright literally earlier today, but now when trying to load this save it stalls for a couple minutes and then gives me a runtime error.
So here it is.

It looks like the historical figure information is corrupted.  Why that happened is unclear, but the save is most likely unrecoverable.
