Pain from worldgen injures isn't coded to disappear over time yet, so creatures that lose various body parts fighting battles during worldgen will be in varying states of pain and pass out should you come across them in adventure mode. This leads to a lot of CONCIOUS/UNCONCIOUS spam when walking around in towns that have had a few battles.

Consider quests like that as a breather. Sure makes those cyclopes less deadly.  ;)

Be careful with this one.  To kill all those people while knuckle-walking everywhere, he's got to be hardcore.  The taunts definitely help too.  I'm imagining a parapalegic giant strangling people and killing a guy by falling on him.

I do believe he killed all those people before receiving his crippling injury.
