Invisible creature perpetually occupying build site

Building a wall, get the message "Dwarf cancels construct building: Creature occupying build site". Went to check it out. Saw nothing there. Not even a vermin. So I unsuspended the wall, another mason comes over and stands there for like 15 seconds before suspending for the same reason. Happened about 5 times in 5 separate locations, the wall will just not be built.

The only thing better than dining on a fine goblin is using said goblins tallow for soap to fix up my soldiers.
