But seriously, first I have to set up my paypal account, which involves calling my bank, which I hate doing because I have a horrible fear of the phone. So pretty much, I have to get over a particularly nasty phobia for Toady's sake... Bah.

Toady does have a snail mail address for sending cheques old-time like. Though you are probably aware of it and have a fear of sending money through the post. I would be. Come to think of it, I quite dislike phones as well. I consider Caller ID the greatest invention in the last 2000 years since I pretty much ignore everything that comes up that I don't recognize. Hey, if they have something important to say, they can leave a blasted message.

I have only donated 5$ unfortunately, it was all I had left in my paypal account. I know I could put more in but Im out of a job right now so I prefer not to.

You don't need a paypal account. Hell I HAVE one and I didn't use it.  You can just use a regular credit/debit card THROUGH the paypal link.

Yeah, I have promised myself to pay the "new" price of Bioshock when I get the money, simply becouse i didn't think bioshock was worth that much and i rather spend the money one something that i enjoy playing more then once.

I played Bio for like 2 days...too easy, what's the point when you just res?  Bah.  Yeah, I figure I spend real money on big games, should do the same here since I can.

The added a no-res option in the first patch... you even get an achievement for finishing the game with it on...

The community around this game always impresses me. Every time a thread like this comes up, I see people posting genuine sorrow that they haven't yet given enough money. In an age with a fair amount of piracy and such for computing, that's pretty awesome...

I remember setting up PayPal and I know for a fact that it didn't involve the phone. Just the internet. I gave them the required information. They then put a random number of single-digit cents in my bank account. I then told them the amounts and they listed me as verified.

As for selling video games, you can take console games to various stores and get money for them. On the subject of PC games, last I knew it was illegal to sell them (I do know you can't return a new opened game - try it sometime).
