I have to say, this 'twin dilemma' isn't as saucy as I was hoping it would be.

Ah, teleportation.

Here's a question: If the soul exists, would it and your consciousness be transported along with the meat-machine? If teleportation does work, is it really *you* at the other end, or do *you* die in the process?

Have fun with that one!  ;D

I saw that line of questioning in that philosophy activity book, the same one that has Battlefield God. It made my head hurt.

Also just to sink your boats faster then light travel is impossible! for those that dont know.

When you travel faster your mass increases therefore if you go faster you require more and more energy. That is why we only send things at %99.99 of light due to you would need an infinite source of energy to go faster.

It is at times like these that I am reminded of the effect the comma has on today's society.

Without occasional grammatical errors, the world would be a darker place.  I am currently engineering a new experimental drive engine which will allow ships to sink faster than the speed of light.

Funding is difficult to find.

I can understand why you are not getting funding, but I will donate my two cents. Give up.

It wouldn't leave a hole at all, because it would have no mass.

Well it would have no width, so it still wouldn't leave a hole.

Sure it would.  It's just that only one-dimensional strings would be able to fit in it.

One-dimensional...  Never quite wrapped my head around that one.
