Yer tell me about it less that two days and I've gone from 100 thollars to 22637.46, Admittedly I didn't get much work done today, wonder if my boss will notice....

Makes me wonder though...who is t2nazx2?  I don't recall seeing that name on the boards, does that mean new people are seeing dwarf fortress? And being interested? And donating mucho dinero to Toady?

Nah, he's just someone who stuck around the site since it started out I think, or close to...

He kinda accumulated a few billion or so eventually until he was axed on most of his fortune...but I don't think he lost any shares...

Wouldn't surprise me if he had hundreds of thousands of shares on DF and whatnot else  :p

After some prudent investing in AIDS (value 48xupled overnight somehow. Whoo AIDS!) I have reinvested my 5000 or so fake dollars into Bay 12 Games, which is like 1500 shares or somesuch. why is the stock still so low valued if people are pumping money into it? It makes no sense...

Well if you want the value to go up really high then you'll have to buy several hundereds of thousands of stocks or so...

Since the system is far from perfect yet, a lot of people have accumulated billions and are thus able to explode prices upwards and then do vice versa when selling.

Well it started trading at 10c, so it has a lot of work to do to get anywhere. Also at some point someone withdrew a huge pile of stocks plunging it down again.
