This also happened to me, and it's what got me to finally start developing a game. It's still in VERY early stages, but DF has opened my eyes to what gaming should be, and it will be great when it's finished.

Well, if you want it, try making a thread about it! I'm not going to participate, I'm too busy with my own project (And I use Python, not flash.)

There's a zombie RTS on www.killthezombies.com
I can't remember what it's called though.

There's the Zombie Master HL2 mod which has a team of survivors vs an omniscient Zombie Master who controls his minions RTS style.

You know, Cthulu sort of looks like those aliens from the Metal Slug games.

Speaking of zombies, I wonder what this refers to:
"Graveyards and other burial arrangements with associated fun stuff"
-from the Future of the Fortress

Somebody just hacked the zombies site.  And right when I was really getting into it...

A quick Google search comes up with numerous sites that have apparently been vandalized by the same people.  Most of their message is in Arabic, and I'm not exactly proficient in reading Arabic...

Those goddamn people. A few years back, someone on a site that got hacked (another forum) decided to backtrack to the hacker and completely fuck his computer up, even through all the safeties and double-backs that he thought could stop them from finding him.

It was fun to read about once the forums were back up.

As you journey to the center of the world, feel free to read the death announcements of those dwarves that suffer your neglect.

One billion b-balls dribbling simultaneously throughout the galaxy. One trillion b-balls being slam dunked through a hoop throughout the cosmos. I can feel every single b-ball that has ever existed at my fingertips, I can feel their collective knowledge channeling through my veins. Every jumpshot, every rebound and three-pointer, every layup, dunk and free throw.

I'd rather like to see the aftermath of this particular event. You have, as they say, piqued my interest.
