Isn't it inaluct's turn?

HAH.  Yeah...
Just skip me and sign me up for a later turn.

Inaluct skipped, Barbarossa couldn't go, and Aqizzar said he would go, but had to wait a bit, so it just kind of stagnated.

Holy crap, this thread is still twitching in a semblance of life.  It lives!  Sorta.

Scrap the list and give it a shot Jack, we've got your back man!

Ah hell, I've heard of worse ideas. But not many.

Sure, I'll get to work on it tonight, I've got something on at the moment.

Okay. Well, first off, let me make something clear. I have only ever read Inaluct’s updates. Seriously. I have no idea what to expect when I load this thing up, but for you, I’m willing to – ARGHARGHARGHARGHARGHARGHARGHARGHARHGarghargharghargharghargharghargh.

What the FUCK did you guys do? I don’t know where to begin, but I might start with mentioning I screwed up the royals hotkey and now need to find the place again. I’m starting from the last complete save. Okay. Deep breaths. In to character. Brrr brrr brrr.

1st Granite, Early Spring
Well, that was surprisingly easy! All I had to do was drop off my job application, wait till every other candidate died and suddenly I’m overseer! Mother would be proud. I bet my abilities at astral projection helped too. The place is a bit of a mess, so I guess my first job will be tidying it all up. What fun! I'm going to initiate a mass magma dump to clear the place up. Cleanliness is next to Armokliness! Then, I plan on mass butchering. It's all so confusing, but I'm confident I can make this fort a better place!

2nd Granite, Early Spring

This place, I’ve never noticed before! It’s a maze! A MAZE! It’s all insane, I’m just glad that the dumping is coming along fine. A few quick observations I have made. I discovered, outside the fort, a mysterious, almost ‘temple like’ place. A sarcophagus of gold rested inside. It was beautiful.

It just had one problem. Who’s was it? The mystery was so great I decided that I would never figure it out. It was empty now, so I’ve decided to make it my own and claim myself master mystery solver! People were impressed. Except this one dwarf with a massive chin who kept making unsettling ‘imma cut you’ hand gestures at me. Must be jealous of my prowess.

I also discovered our guard towers.

They’re too tall to effectively see anything, and people refuse to build on it now. I just don’t see the logic. It’s absurd. Like this entire place. I’ve recently given the hammerer a bed. In his dining room. He jumped on it, hugged the bedstead and immediately began to mutter ‘my precious… we will never be apart again… tortilla dip will cover you…’

I left in a hurry.
I was going through some rockwork on the king and came across some interesting things. I barely feel safe writing them down.

The kind is a whore. No less than can be expected, I guess. Anyway, things are progressing well, if slowly. Everyone is slow round here. Even the time passes slowly. I’m off to go get drunker, see if that makes a difference.

6th Granite, Early Spring

Work on my quarters has begun. The only thing we lack seems to be beds. I feel so empowered with my responsibility. From the looks of the strangeness around here, many other rules felt the same. Hah, they must have gone mad with power. I can’t fathom the type of mind that could do that.

7th Granite, Early Spring

I have changed my name to ‘Super Mega Lord Archduke Haberdashery Zimeshmelbil'. I am also now a woman.

Construction has begun on a giant middle finger directed towards our entrance.

I want traders to get the right impression.
