Designated tasks not being performed.

Anyone else having problems with designated tasks not being performed? Like I have a dig ramp designation that gets ignored even though the area is perfectly accessible after I dig out above the tiles with the ramp designation. Anyone?

I've noticed this myself with digging and stairs.  Undesignating and redesignating seems to do the trick, but I've noticed my dwarves getting lazier and lazier in this version.  I lost a fort in 39c when all my dwarves up and decided to stop doing anything but drink and sleep.

39D apparently introduced some problems in this respect, especially with vertical designations.
