I'd like to recommend Six String Samurai as one very much worth watching. Basically a katana-wielding rock & roll enthusiast is heading to Vegas to be the new king of America after Elvis died. Badmovies.org has a review of it and sums it up as "The Wizard of Oz meets Highlander after the apocalypse"

Bubba Ho-Tep is my all time favorite documentary.

The Revenge of the Red Baron.

The red baron possesses a model airplane to haunt a world war vet and his grandson. It was pretty bad.  ;D
